Miguel is an independent producer from the highlands of San Agustin Loxicha. At 1650-1800 m.a.s.l he grows the pluma hidaglo variety. The coffee cherries are then transported down to the desert of Sierra Sur for drying, using the innovative desert (bolsa) natural process
Sourced from the non-for-profit Raw Material, this coffee is a fabulous all rounder with a mellow chocolatey vibe. A sweet honey mouthfeel is followed by a hint of citrus making a very drinkable black coffee. Partnered with milk, this coffee really gives you the milk chocolate notes.
