A classic bold brew with notes of chocolate and caramel dominating the cup. As it cools hints of orange jump out and finally leaving you with a brown sugar after taste. A perfect all rounder.
Produced by small holder farmers in San Ignacio, Cajamarca, Peru. The coffee is harvested at the perfect ripeness, then floated and hand-sorted to remove any defects. The cherries then go through a de-pulping and are exposed to 30-40 hours of fermentation before being gently washed.
