Our Brazilian espresso season is back! Kicking off with a good old fashioned chocolatey, nutty and sweet caramel cup with a light citrusy finish. An ideal profile for espresso and milk based drinks. This is a single origin coffee from regenerative farmers Guima Cafe.

On their farm, Fazenda São Mateus, Guima Cafe are focused on coffee that makes the world a better place. They obsess over reducing inputs, improving the soil quality and enhancing the surrounding biodiversity. Their farms are located in the Cerrado Mineiro region where they maintain large areas of wild forest amongst the coffee trees. Guima Cafe have been certified by the Rainforest Alliance since 2008.
