Giv owa (Decaf)
Our latest decaf offering is composed of a blend of coffees from producers in Western and Southern Rwanda. Aptly named Lala Salama which translates to 'Sleep Well' in Swahili. To extract the caffeine, natural CO2 is combined with water to draw out the caffeine. This is a gentle, natural and organically certified process that preserves the flavours of the coffee. We get an initial plum and dark chocolate vibe followed by a lingering toffee flavour.
