The beans are expanded in water, opening their pores, which allows liquid CO2 (sparkling water) to draw out the caffeine. The caffeine extraction agent is entirely natural, making the process organically certifiable and free of harmful chemicals.

Superb coffee!

This is really exceptional coffee - there's a real richness and complexity to it, which is an especially impressive achievement in a decaf. I asked for my coffee ground for cafetiere and it was the perfect consistency. It's a real joy to have such excellent coffee available so locally. Would highly recommend!
